Linwood is currently seeking a self‑motivated, reliable and safety‑oriented applicant for our Mine Production Trainee role in our Quarry Operations. This is a temporary opportunity supporting our operations for an undetermined period. For the right candidate, this position may open the door to future long‑term opportunities within our organization.

Our Mine Production Trainees are responsible for helping to keep the quarry operations running smoothly by ensuring proper clean‑up and flow of product through both physical and machine‑driven work. This is an entry‑level role with on‑the‑job training provided – no previous experience required!

• Enjoyment of manual, physical work and being outdoors.
• Comfortable using basic tools, such as a shovel, but are also willing to learn how to operate equipment such as a skidsteer, loader or haul truck.
• A team player mentality and having the desire to be a part of a successful, hard‑working team.
• Flexibility, as no two days will be the same.

This is a 1st shift position that works Monday to Thursday from 5am to 3pm each day, with the option for overtime. Pay starts at $22.00/hour+. All candidates must possess a high school diploma, valid drivers license, and the ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
