Your new role includes:
Apartment Turnovers, Maintenance Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, Vendor Coordination, Resident Relations, After-hours emergency response/coordination. Who we're looking for:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. A team player with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn. 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
