State of Iowa in Davenport seeks a Highway Technician to inspect construction projects in summer and assist maintenance garages with snow removal operations in winter. You will contribute to safer roadways as part of a cohesive team within the Iowa DOT.
Residency within 45 minutes of the Davenport Maintenance Garage is required within five months. Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with on-call and potential overnight travel. Benefits include health, IPERS, 9 holidays, and paid time off.
