Blackheart, a Linwood Company, is looking for a dependable, hands-on Loader Operator to join our operation near SSAB in Montpelier, Iowa.
This isn't a position where you'll spend the entire day doing one thing. As part of a two-person operation, you'll help keep the location running—from loading customer trucks and maintaining stockpiles to equipment maintenance, clean-up, and general site upkeep. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of what needs to get done, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

- You’re comfortable operating a loader and working safely around heavy equipment.
- You’re mechanically inclined and willing to handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- You’re a hands‑on person who will jump in on loading, clean‑up, maintenance, or whatever else needs done.
- You can work independently while being a solid teammate in a two‑person operation.
Pay rate is $22.00/hour. This is a first shift, Monday through Friday position with the potential for overtime on Saturdays. All Linwood team members must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
