Delivery Driver​/Service Technician

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

$15–$17/hr Based on Experience

Express Employment is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver / Service Technician for a local company in the Quad Cities area. This position combines customer deliveries with hands‑on service and maintenance of chemical dispensing equipment and commercial dish machines. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

• Load, transport, and safely deliver products to customer locations according to established schedules.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing pumps and commercial dish machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate customer concerns or equipment issues to management.
• Work with the Service Manager to prioritize service calls and maintain efficient routing.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and applicable environmental requirements.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. using appropriate equipment or team‑lifting techniques.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to participate in an evening and weekend on‑call rotation.

• Class C CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or willingness to obtain one after hire.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair, or commercial equipment maintenance.
• Previous experience servicing chemical dispensing systems, commercial dish machines, or similar equipment.
