Endeavor Living Casemanager

Starting wage is $23.39/hr

As an Endeavor Living Case manager, you would be responsible for developing and monitoring service plans, maintaining documentation, providing guidance and support to staff, and helping ensure individuals receive the services and support they need to be successful. This position provides opportunities to further develop your leadership skills through training and coaching direct service staff. Casemanagers also participate in the department's on-call rotation and serve as a key resource for individuals, staff, families, and community members.

Schedule:Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with on call duties

Job responsibilities:

• Providing training and day-to-day guidance
• Assess service needs and formulate goals and objectives for each person
• Providing appropriate casework and counseling services
• Maintaining accurate communication with families
• Maintaining accurate professional records on each individual
• Acting as a medication manager as needed
• On-call duties

Qualifications include:

• Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, education or a related field and a minimum of one year experience in social services
• Experience in a setting with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred
• Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
