Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly

As a Delivery & Warehouse Specialist, you are the backbone of our operations. You ensure our customers get the right parts at the right time. This is a dynamic,
Monday through Friday position—no overnights, no weekends—supporting our sales team, managing inventory, and representing our brand on the road.

Local Deliveries: Safely operate company vehicles (Non-CDL) to ensure customers receive products on time. All deliveries are same-day; you’ll be home every evening.

Logistics & Flow: Load and unload trucks safely. Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Freight & Stocking: Check in incoming freight and stock products with precision.

Order Accuracy: Pull parts accurately for customer orders and branch transfers using our warehouse management systems.

Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment.

Physicality: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift in a warehouse environment.

Process Improvement: We value your brain, not just your brawn. Help us find better ways to streamline our workflow.

The Basics: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Skillset: Experience with local deliveries, professional communication skills for job-site interactions, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Tech Literacy: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking.

Mindset: A "team-first" attitude and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
