We’re hiring a Warehouse Picker to join our 1st shift team! This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who wants stability, growth, and a place where quality matters more than speed .

• Sort boxes and place them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators
• Pick and pack products ranging from small handheld items to large machine parts (using a lift when needed)
• Operate an RF scanner for all picking and inventory tasks
• Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all tasks

• 3–6 months of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfort with mandatory overtime and schedule flexibility
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Ability to operate lifting equipment (company will train)

• Forklift experience (not required — training provided!)

You’ll work in a large, open parts distribution center in Davenport, IA. The team is diverse, inclusive, and focused on maintaining high quality standards . Accuracy is critical—small mistakes can create big issues, so this is a great role if you take pride in doing things right the first time.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Davenport,IA.
