Warehouse Associate | $16/Hour | Weekly Pay & Forklift Training

We're hiring Warehouse Associates to help pick, pack, and ship products in a fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you'll work with inventory, prepare customer orders, use scanners to track products, and help keep shipments moving accurately and on time.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Sort boxes and place them on the correct pallets for shipment
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm orders
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Move products safely throughout the warehouse
• Use lifting equipment to handle larger or heavier items
• Prepare shipments for delivery
• Help keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure accurate shipments
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily goals

• Warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when needed
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed
• Team-oriented attitude

• Packing and shipping experience
• Forklift experience
• RF scanner experience
• Inventory or distribution center experience
• Material handling experience

No forklift experience? No problem. Forklift training and certification may be provided.

Warehouse Associate | $16/Hour | Weekly Pay & Forklift Training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
