Warehouse Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate to support light industrial clients in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will pick, pack, and prepare orders, load and unload trucks, and assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control. You'll operate basic material-handling equipment, follow safety and quality standards, and meet daily accuracy and productivity goals. You'll work closely with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly while supporting Marathon's people-first, service-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or similar equipment
• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound materials
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
• Use basic warehouse systems or scanners to track orders
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet client needs
