Logistics Associate

Marathon Staffing is seeking a Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and stage orders; verify shipments; and maintain accurate inventory records using basic warehouse systems or scanners. You'll prepare shipping labels and documentation, coordinate with drivers and team members, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies
• Prepare shipping labels and basic documentation
• Use warehouse systems or scanners to track product movement
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and team members on delivery schedules
• Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Support process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate shipment or inventory issues to supervisors promptly
