As a Material Handler , you'll play a key role in warehouse operations by cleaning, sorting, scanning, repairing, and moving plastic containers and racks in a clean and organized facility.

This is a hands‑on position with opportunities for forklift training, pay increases, and career advancement .

Starting at $16.00 per hour

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

• Clean, sort, scan, and stage plastic containers and racks.
• Process inbound and outbound materials using handheld scanners.
• Perform minor repairs using hand tools.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse to support operations.
• Operate forklifts following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes as needed.

• At least 6 months of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, general labor, or forklift-related roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed.
• Ability to pass a forklift assessment and complete training requirements.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

This position is based in a clean, well‑maintained warehouse environment. You'll work with scanning equipment, hand tools, forklifts, and material handling equipment while supporting daily warehouse operations. The role is active and requires regular lifting, movement, and teamwork throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
