Hand Picked Hotels is a beautiful collection of 21 privately owned, luxury country houses and coastal retreats. We are recruiting for a Linen Porter at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers a luxurious stay with 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. It features a destination spa and wellness facilities, with formal gardens and parkland designed by Capability Brown in the 1760s.

• The Linen Porter is responsible for ensuring guest bedrooms are clean and maintained to a very high standard to create a magical first impression.
• Support the team in delivering a home-from-home experience.
• Adhere to linen procedures: collecting, organizing and delivering the linen.
• Ensure attention to detail in maintaining immaculate public areas and rooms.
• Be inspired, enjoy being part of the Hand Picked Team and have fun.

• Some housekeeping or cleaning experience; comfortable working alone or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prides in delivering consistently high standards.
• Friendly, welcoming and helpful manner to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Enthusiastic with a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the hotel as needed.
• Able to deliver Hand Picked Hotels guest experience standards, going above and beyond for a high-quality, personalized experience.

• Competitive salary of £13.82 per hour plus a share of service charge.
• Part-Time role including weekends on a rota, 30 hours per week (may vary).
