Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience, putting the guest at the heart of everything and providing personalised and thoughtful service.
  • Demonstrate a high level of engagement with guests throughout their stay, creating magical memories whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to maintain regular and effective communication for seamless operations and awareness of daily activities.
  • Be inspired, have fun, and enjoy being part of the Hand Picked Team.
About You
  • Experience working in a luxury four or five‑star hotel Front Office environment.
  • Passionate about exceeding guest expectations and skillfully identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • High emotional intelligence, enabling anticipation of guests’ needs to deliver the Hand Picked experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera is desirable.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to solve any scenario.
  • Calm and professional under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Full‑time role, 5 days a week (including weekends) on a rota basis, 40 hours per week (may vary).
