Eurest is looking for a Catering Manager to take ownership of a busy catering operation in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contract catering professional who wants to make a real impact across people, service, commercial performance and innovation.
What you'll be doing
You'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the catering operation, ensuring consistently high standards across food, hospitality and customer service.

Your role will include:

• Managing the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered every day.
• Taking full P&L responsibility, monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Managing stock, purchasing and ordering controls to minimise waste and maximise value.
• Leading, developing and motivating the team, with responsibility for HR and people management.
• Building strong and effective relationships with the client and key stakeholders on site.
• Overseeing hospitality services and ensuring events and functions are delivered to an exceptional standard.
