Crane Operator People Solutions are currently recruiting for Crane Operator roles based in Northamptonshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine potential for long-term progression within a well-established company. Shifts
• 4 days per week (rotating)
• Overtime available Rates of Pay • £15.00 – £22.50 per hour Benefits

• Opportunity to secure a permanent role Day-to-Day Duties
• Operating Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) cranes safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading rail wagons, road vehicles, and intermodal units
• Securing loads using slings, chains, and other rigging equipment
• Inspecting crane equipment and job sites for potential hazards
• Following all health and safety procedures and operational standards Essential Skills
• Previous crane operating experience preferred but not essential – full on-the-job training provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, reliable attitude Training Provided
