Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30/17:00

As a Workshop Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of garden, ground care, and agricultural machinery, ensuring equipment is returned to customers operating at peak performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs
- Servicing and maintaining garden and ground care equipment
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Completing job cards and maintaining accurate service records
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to manufacturer standards
- Working closely with the Service Manager to meet workshop targets and customer expectations
- Providing a high level of customer service and technical support when required
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Previous experience working on agricultural, ground care, plant, construction, horticultural, or similar machinery
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- Good mechanical, hydraulic and electrical knowledge
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
