As a Workshop Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of garden, ground care, and agricultural machinery, ensuring equipment is returned to customers operating at peak performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs
• Servicing and maintaining garden and ground care equipment
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Completing job cards and maintaining accurate service records
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to manufacturer standards
• Working closely with the Service Manager to meet workshop targets and customer expectations
• Providing a high level of customer service and technical support when required

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience working on agricultural, ground care, plant, construction, horticultural, or similar machinery
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
• Good mechanical, hydraulic and electrical knowledge
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence
