월요일부터 목요일까지는 동료들과 함께 사무실에서 근무합니다. 금요일에는 업무 요구사항을 고려하여 근무 장소를 자유롭게 선택할 수 있습니다.

This position has been designated as onsite. Locations include Davidson, NC and St. Paul, MN

Trane Technologies’ early career program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's in Marketing, Business with Marketing Emphasis, or Business Analytics, exposure to variety assignments which could include:
Market Research and Segmentation, Brand Development/Management, Customer and Supplier Relations, Channel Development/Management, Demand Creation and Forecasting, Digital Marketing, Trade shows and Promotions, Product Management and Social Media Development. At Trane Technologies, we value our people and their development. Through our student programs, participants will have an opportunity to interview for our full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Marketing or direct hire opportunities.

We are looking for performance-driven, innovative leaders who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. A successful candidate will exhibit the following:

• Collect and study market and customer information to assist in making recommendations about markets to target and solutions, products, and services to offer.
• Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
• Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
• Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.
• Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to purposefully determine a course of action from a set of alternative options to reach an objective or goal.
• Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States
• Pursuing a BS/BA in Marketing, Business with Marketing Emphasis, or Business Analytics - with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
