Manpower Group is seeking a Program Manager to join its Business Transformation team in Davidson, NC on a hybrid 3x per week schedule. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with senior executives, and drive alignment across multiple operations.
You will create and manage execution plans, identify gaps, and act as a liaison to ensure adoption of standardized processes. This W2 contract offers exposure to enterprise-wide business outcomes and a fast-paced transformation environment.
