To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a Technical Service Consultant for CAD and PDM for region NC, Texas, LA, Ohio
.

• As a member of ISD Group USA division reporting to the Technical Manager, North America, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales in building new business across North America, anticipating future challenges and proposing value-added technology-based solutions with a focus on the Construction, Façade (tray panel system, Glass, industry), BIM
• Technical support for our maintenance customers in application questions regarding our software products by phone and e-mail
• Qualified advice to our customers on the optimized use of our CAD and PDM solutions
• Conducting training, seminars and webinars
• Expansion of the tasks in the Presales area
• +5 years of experience in working with CAD systems or a technical education in Steel, Metal Construction or Façade Engineering
• Good technical understanding of hardware, operating systems, networks, and standard software
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, communicative personality with high quality awareness
• Strong focus on a solution- and goal-oriented working method
• A technical or engineering degree
