Step into a highly visible Mechanical Development Engineer role where your work directly shapes the core technology behind rotary screw air compressors. This is not a narrow design role or a pure project management role—it is a hands-on, technical project leadership opportunity for an engineer who can take complex mechanical products from concept through design, validation, launch, and production handoff. You will own development projects tied to rotary screw airends, one of the most critical subsystems within the compressor, and work through phase-gate new product development, applying engineering principles and analytical tools to solve design challenges and drive decisions on performance, reliability, cost, timing, and manufacturability.
The role involves working with close clearances, tight tolerances, rotating equipment, bearing systems, gears, GD&T, CAD exposure, test planning, and technical analysis, while leading cross-functional teams. It is ideal for a well-rounded mechanical engineer who can dig into design, solve hard problems, and lead project calls, design reviews, schedules, and cross-functional execution in a global environment. You will balance multiple development efforts and adapt to shifting priorities.
If you want a role that stays deeply technical while owning meaningful product development from concept through launch, this team offers complexity, visibility, and long-term growth.
