As a Treasury Analyst, Debt Capital Markets, you will report to the Senior Treasury Manager, Debt Capital Markets and will be responsible for the proactive market analysis, stringent controls and overall support for the effective operation of existing and new debt instructions, support for banking and ratings agency management and input into the capital structure of the company.

The role interacts with a variety of functional areas of Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Audit, Sector and Business Finance to successfully develop the role as well as support the requirements of other key stakeholders within the company. The position offers significant exposure to and visibility to senior management.

• Provide support and develop a deep understanding of existing debt programs, execute trades, maintain controls, and assist in the overall effectiveness of debt programs, program payments and program documentation.
• Proactively develop and maintain peer analysis and benchmarking to facilitate and create recommendations around capital deployment strategy.
• Manage interest expense forecasting as well as supporting the management of the debt portfolio, interest payments and debt/capital markets related rating agency expenses, as well as DCM budget management.
• Support for debt issuances, marketing materials and coordination of due diligence processes to facilitate debt and credit facility transactions that may occur on very tight timelines.
• Develop a deep understanding of rating agency metrics, continuous updates to rating agency models to support ad-hoc analysis at any time for enterprise initiatives.
• Support banking relationships/Interact with external parties such as bank group members, commercial paper dealers and rating agencies as appropriate.
• Continuous improvement of KPIs, market analysis and reporting requirements enabling an up to date and comprehensive library of supporting material for managing operational effectiveness, third party or executive reporting.
• All other duties or treasury projects as directed.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional with the following attributes:
