This is a full-time, on‑site role located in Huntersville, NC. This role a key senior leadership role in partnership with the President of Door Systems. The Vice President of Finance will manage the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and budgeting. The role entails overseeing financial statements, ensuring compliance, conducting in‑depth financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to support long‑term business objectives.
Additionally, this leader will collaborate with key stakeholders to guide financial policies and ensure organizational growth and stability.
- Strong expertise in Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in analyzing and managing Financial Statements.
- Highly developed Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Multi‑national finance experience.
- Expert at strategy development and execution.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or CPA) preferred.
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross‑departmental collaboration.
- Experience with in the industrial or equipment solutions industry is a plus.
