Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

• Work with operations and finance partners to develop and load financial forecast and budget (Annual Operating Plan) on assigned departmental / inventory accounting areas for P&L and balance sheet.
• Consolidate submissions from multiple facilities and deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial reporting.
• Support the continuing improvement of operational analytics by evolving or developing key manufacturing reporting.
• Drive reporting standard work and operational excellence methodologies.
• Coordinate system improvements / automation to better standardize processes in the cost / operations reporting area.
• Perform financial analysis for different scenarios, projects and ad hoc analytical assignments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent business background required. Professional certification (CPA/CMA) and/or MBA a plus.
• 3+ years’ progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. One Stream/Hyperion, Oracle, or other ERP system experience is a plus. Tableau / Alteryx experience is a plus.

• Understanding of financial statements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and deadline sensitive.
• Possess excellent organization and time management skills to be able to handle several assignments at one time and work in matrix organization.
• Experience with in a distribution or manufacturing organization preferred.
