Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Business Analyst to drive process improvement within the IT function and project execution across corporate functions including Finance, Human Resources, Legal/EHS, Demand Generation, and Sourcing/Supply Chain. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, stakeholder management, and technical understanding to identify opportunities, remove execution barriers, and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Execution:
    Lead and support cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery by developing project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring a quality, timely, and in budget execution while identifying and actively removing barriers to successful project outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence.
  • Document, analyze and improve, and drive adoption of business processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with business leaders across corporate functions and translate business needs into functional specifications while managing stakeholder support needs and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Functional Domain Support:
    Partner with Corporate functions to understand their systems and processes and provide insights and/or recommendations for system needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or IT consulting.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with one or more ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle R12 or JDE), Service Now (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel & Work Arrangements
