Serve as the technical point of contact between engineering teams, IT infrastructure, and Siemens vendor support.

Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation for system configurations, runbooks, upgrade procedures, integration specs, migration plans, and training materials.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audit requirements, software licensing agreements, and applicable industry standards.

Provide Level 2/3 support to end users; mentor junior administrators and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions.

Participate in Agile/sprint-based delivery cycles and collaborate with Dev Ops teams on CI/CD pipeline integrations (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions).

Contribute to capacity planning, infrastructure lifecycle management, and technology roadmap discussions.

Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and/or Postgre

Candidates should be comfortable working with some or all of the following technologies. Not expected to know every item, but depth in the core PLM stack is essential.
