Overview
The Sr IT Support Partner delivers high-impact IT Tier III support for our client, maintaining and enhancing the technology experience across computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, handheld scanners, applications, and other end‑user tools. The role combines hands‑on technical support, asset lifecycle management, incident resolution, and project deployment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and Service Now-driven service delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide Tier III support for end‑user devices and peripherals.
- Maintain hardware lifecycle and asset management activities.
- Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, including minor and major incident management.
- Support application and emerging technology deployment.
- Fulfill hardware and software provisioning requests.
- Deliver employee training on hardware and IT processes.
- Partner with teams to drive continuous improvement, MDI, and lean thinking.
- Coach and train peer IT Service Operations Specialists.
- Participate in enterprise root cause analysis and solutioning.
- Lead team deployments, data collection, and upgrade activities.
- Create, maintain, and adhere to standard work.
- Provide support during normal business hours and occasional after‑hours.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and desktop environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience with Service Now or similar service‑management platforms.

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Davidson, NC.
Pay$30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
