* Job Summary:
** The Digital Marketing Manager, Campaigns is responsible for leading integrated go-to-market campaign strategy, planning, orchestration, and optimization across multiple business units, audiences, and digital channels. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, sales, brand, digital, analytics, content and agency partners to develop scalable marketing programs that align business objectives, pipeline growth, customer engagement and revenue outcomes.
This position serves as a strategic marketing leader within the digital marketing COE, driving campaign execution excellence, operational consistency, KPI measurement, and continuous optimization across initiatives. The role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage complex integrated campaigns from strategy through execution.

*** Strategic marketing leader with strong business, customer and revenue-growth mindset
* Ability to translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and measurable campaign plans
* Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, analytics, digital and business teams
* Excellent campaign planning, prioritization and program management capabilities across multiple concurrent initiatives
* Strong analytic mindset with ability to leverage performance data, funnel metrics, and customer insights to drive optimization and recommendations
* Experience managing integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, earned and lifecycle channels
* Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed enterprise organizations
* Strong communication and executive presentation skill with ability to simplify complex initiatives into actionable recommendations
* Growth mindset with focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, scalability, and continuous learning
* Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, campaign operations, reporting frameworks, and digital best practices
