Supply Chain Analyst

Compensation: $ 70,000- $75,000
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to work in US
One day a week remote.
Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role focuses on supporting import/export operations, improving supply chain efficiency, and working within SAP or Oracle systems to support day-to-day logistics activities. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, capable of forming logical, actionable insights from real-world data, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience is helpful, but we value the right mindset and critical thinking above all.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import/export operations, including documentation and compliance with global trade regulations.
- Perform supply chain tasks within SAP or Oracle systems (order entry, inventory tracking, shipping updates).
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, shipment tracking, and vendor performance.
- Support master data integrity, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, supplier info, and product attributes.
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, planning, operations, and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory-related roles.
- Proficient in using SAP or Oracle ERP systems for business operations (no technical development required).
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of import/export documentation and global trade compliance.
- Experience with reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Supply chain certifications (APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
