Program Manager Supply Chain Resiliency

Trane Technologies is hiring a Program Manager - Supply Chain Resiliency  within Direct Procurement Accountable for team’s utilization of standard work including project tracking, documentation and reporting for supplier risk management, regulatory requirements, etc.  Actively engage with team members to eliminate roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately.
5 to 10 years’ experience Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and at least 2 years’ experience in project management & category management Demonstrated experience coordinating, facilitating discussions, consultation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to drive program specific issues and goals to closure.

Experience in supplier development, materials management, and/or plant operations a plus.  Must be a strategic thinker and have demonstrated experience driving initiatives Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong influencing and negotiating skills across organization. Possess strong interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, develop and motivate staff; foster team dynamic.

Ability to travel up to 10%
