The Challenge:

Join our passionate team as a Senior Product Manager! You’ll lead the Product Growth Team (PGT) for our Voyager 3 RTU and Commercial Self Contained (CSC) product lines, driving profitable growth and exceeding ambitious sustainability goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Shaping the future:
  Develop market requirements for new products and define the growth strategy for our $150M+ product lines.
• Team leadership:
  Build and inspire a collaborative PGT, fostering a winning team culture.
• Strategic planning:
  Set the strategic direction for our product lines, prioritizing investments for maximum impact.
• Product expertise:
  Manage the 3rd party manufacturer pipeline, ensuring margins and a strong supplier relationship.
• Growth hacking:
  Identify high-potential market opportunities and develop data-driven plans to capture them.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  
  Lead and influence activities across product management, sales & marketing, engineering, and innovation teams.
• Resource allocation:
  Partner with other leaders to make strategic resource allocation decisions.
• Performance tracking:
  Develop and adhere to annual operating plans, monitoring key metrics like revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Operational efficiency:
  Ensure the PGT utilizes standardized workflows for strategy, product management, and team leadership.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 7+ years of product management or product marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
• A passion for launching innovative products that make a difference.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• A strong technical background, with experience in sales, marketing, or engineering a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and with sourced products is a plus.
• A track record of innovative thinking and solutions.
• The ability to travel occasionally (25-35%).
• Prior experience in the HVACR industry is a plus.
