Residential Studio Director

LaBella is hiring a Residential Studio Director to co-lead our Davidson, NC studio and also develop opportunities at multiple locations around the country.

• Leading our current residential design studio in Davidson, NC
• Engaging with our existing staff and developing a strong working relationship which includes understanding their existing roles and responsibilities.
• Develop additional business opportunities outside of the existing builders and networks that are already in place
• Establish an in-house Interior Design scope of work that we can offer to our existing and future clients. Travel between the Davidson, NC office and to other locations where opportunities are present

• 15-20 years of overall experience within the residential market.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Sketching and conceptual design capabilities that can be communicated to potential clients as well as team members.
• Willingness to travel frequently and as needed to engage the current team.
