Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager for Champion Pneumatic in Davidson, NC. This role will report to the Sales Enablement Leader and focus on driving equipment sales growth through distribution and retail channel partners by developing effective marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and providing sales teams with the tools necessary to succeed. The position involves close collaboration with product management, demand generation marketing, operations, and commercial teams to increase market share.
Responsibilities- Develop and deploy sales enablement tools and training to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Create engaging content across multiple media platforms to increase channel awareness and support sales efforts.
- Provide daily pre-sales support, including product application, selling strategies, and market intelligence.
- Analyze and rationalize pricing strategies; conduct competitive research and recommend adjustments.
- Conduct inventory and sales analysis to forecast aftermarket parts and system component needs.
- Lead inventory strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams for new product development.
- Monitor sales trends, ensure product availability, and optimize stock levels.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (concentration in these areas is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management capability and understanding of integrated marketing.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization, across diverse teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Five or more years of industry experience within compressed air or related B2B industry preferred.
