- and we're seeking detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating across multiple entities.

Position Requirements

What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations
• Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with financial reporting and supporting schedules
• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation records
• Support AP/AR functions as needed
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
• Identify process improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Experience with intercompany accounting preferred
• Construction industry experience a plus
