What You’ll Do

Perform high‑volume data entry of financial information
Assist with light Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice entry
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets (copy sheets, create simple worksheets, track totals)
Support bookkeeping functions using Quick Books
Help keep financial records organized and accurate
Assist the accounting team with basic daily tasks

What We’re Looking For

Some exposure to data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting support
Basic knowledge of Excel (copying sheets, simple formulas, totals)
Familiarity with Quick Books is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, consistent, and willing to learn
