The role involves overseeing engineering functions, supporting administration, and developing effective policies. Candidates must have at least eight years of engineering experience, a supervising background, and a valid Professional Engineering (P.E) license in Florida. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.

The position requires NIMS certification and is open to applicants who demonstrate qualifications for veteran's preference.
