Job Description
We are growing and looking to add an Estimator to our team in Winter Garden, FL! This is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing a long‑term career in estimating and sales within the commercial services industry.
This role will support multiple regions by assisting the sales team with estimating, forecasting, vendor coordination, and client support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and interested in learning the business from the ground up. Previous estimating experience is not required — we are open to entry‑level candidates with strong administrative, customer service, sales, or data entry experience.
WhatYou’ll Do
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting sales team members with customer opportunities and project support
- Building and preparing estimates for service and project work
- Working directly with clients regarding estimates and project information
- Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting required maintenance on products
- Reviewing field reports and converting them into sales opportunities
- Supporting estimating efforts across multiple regions
- Maintaining accurate information within the company CRM system
- Utilizing Excel and internal systems to track estimates and project details
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate proposals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in Excel and CRM systems
- Previous customer service, administrative, sales support, or data entry experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team‑oriented environment
- Self‑motivated with a desire for long‑term career growth
- Experience working in a commercial service or construction‑related environment is helpful, but not required
- Familiarity with estimating, forecasting, or project coordination is a plus
- Mechanical background is not required
