Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a super outgoing RDA to be our Patient Care Leader for our team!

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is a northern California based practice that offers comprehensive services including preventive dental care, orthodontics and oral surgery for every gap-toothed, mischievous, silly, giggly smile. Our company sees only private-pay and PPO insured patients in beautiful private offices. - Daily management of the clinical team’s operations including schedule changes, patient flow, and the overall delivery of care
- Resolves problems by clarifying the issues involved; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions
- Ensure that Kids Care excellent customer service is delivered and surpassed to each patient
- Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager and Practice Manager on employee performance and take an active role in leading the employee’s annual review and any disciplinary action
- Responsible to successfully onboard and train all new staff, as well as lead and coach other team members
- Assist the Area Manager and Practice Manager in the execution of any revised or new company policies
- Order and maintain dental supplies in a cost effective manner according to defined budgets
- Maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board, etc…)
- Ensure the team is always provided with a safe and clean working environment and that our patients are wowed by the overall appearance of our office
- Assist Practice Manager with employee work schedules (time off, call-outs, coverage, etc.)
- Traditional duties of a Registered Dental Assistant
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have current and active state certified RDA license
- Affinity for helping and training others
- Strong demonstrated leadership skills

- Knowledge of Dentrix a plus
