Salary range: $79,887 – $153,069 (reasonable estimate)

The Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis seeks a dynamic lecturer to teach graduate courses in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, and Business Analytics. The role is part‑time and renewable, with the appointment contingent on teaching excellence and departmental needs.

• Develop and teach courses that address industry trends, leadership, networking, and professional growth for MBA students.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, exams, and grading rubrics.
• Deliver engaging, inclusive lectures with practical exercises and hands‑on projects.
• Hold office hours outside of class to support student learning.
• Advisory duties: advise students on career strategies within the program.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching or a strong record of educational effectiveness.
• Experience designing and delivering graduate‑level courses.
