Job Overview
As a Building Engineer at University Retirement Community, you’ll ensure proper inspection, repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment, including troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC systems. You’ll know the building inside and out and interact with residents daily, building relationships and impacting lives.
CompensationCompensation: $26.00 - $30.00 / hr DOE

We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone with availability in afternoons to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests.

Although demonstrated knowledge and experience in HVAC, MEP, life safety and/or utility systems is required, we provide the training you’ll need and will help you plan for your future with us as well.
