Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at University Retirement Community, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services and occasional cleaning services for our 200+ residents and help out our other departments in making sure operations run smoothly. This position will allow you to grow your expertise and cross-train in renovations, prior experience is a plus. In this role you ll independently manage building maintenance during this shift and help residents with emergency maintenance requests on the weekends. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00/hr doe

• Provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services and occasional cleaning for 200+ residents; assist other departments to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Independently manage building maintenance on the assigned shift; respond to emergency maintenance requests on weekends.
• Grow expertise and cross-train in renovations; prior experience is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience required; prior experience in renovations is a plus.
• Ongoing training and guidance provided to help you learn new skills as you plan for your future with us.
• Compensation dependent on experience (DOE).
