Leslie's in Davis, CA is launching its General Manager in Training (GMIT) program to develop future retail leaders. You will be paired with a successful General Manager who mentors you through a structured, hands-on training program, typically completed within 90 days, after which you’ll transition into a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager role.
Compensation ranges from $21.09 - $22.90 per hour.
