Our global team of experts and state‑of‑the‑art research facilities enable us to work side‑by‑side with growers to provide the most regionally relevant and reliable vegetable seeds available.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain working relationship with area seed producers.
  • Contract seed crops with area growers to meet company release quantity and quality.
  • Assist the grower with crop management, protection and quality issues.
  • Assist and support field production functions, genetic maintenance, shipping and receiving.
  • Develop reports, maintain a field book; communicate with colleagues, Producers, PCAs, and State Ag Inspectors.
What we Expect of You
  • BS Agriculture related degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in vegetable seed production.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Ability to operate a Windows‑based computer system.
  • Ability to travel domestically (up to 10% of the time).

Compensation and Benefits
  • This position’s range is $74,000 - $93,000.
