Tier 1
Start up and shutdown of Denester, Scales, Tray Sealer, Metal Detector, Check Weigher, and Labeler.
Basic troubleshooting of all unit ops incorporated in the packaging line Accurate completion of all Operator GFSI tasks and documentation.
Provides directions to production assistants working on the Multivac line.
Minimize downtime during breakdowns and changeovers.
Track line KPI’s (Startup time, Ramp up time, Quality Rejects, etc.)Change film, labels, and ribbons.
Stock Raw Materials after shutdown and as needed to complete production.
Basic sanitation tasks, as needed, to keep equipment clean and operational.
Basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Communicate clearly and operate lines with a sense of urgency.
Capable of fulfilling role of a Tier 1 Packer/Sorter.
Additional duties as assigned.
