Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Operating Room RN to provide circulating duties across diverse surgical specialties, including General surgery, GYN, Orthopedic, Urology, Plastic, ENT, and Robotic procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety and surgical efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately.
• Respond promptly to intraoperative needs and assist in patient positioning.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN license with uploaded Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA or ARC with valid expiration dates.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work day shifts (4x8 hours from 9:00 to 17:30).
• Demonstrated experience with general, GYN, orthopedic, urology, plastic, ENT, or robotic surgeries.
