FlexTG seeks a New Business Sales Executive who will be dedicated to ensuring long‑lasting customer relationships. We are looking for hungry, sales‑minded individuals to learn from a top‑producing, successful sales team.

Our Sales Team is responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and building a territory. You will market the full line of award‑winning imaging products, software solutions, and professional services to current customers and targeted accounts, with a focus on growing our market share through new business development. This role starts at $60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions /Benefits (OTE first year $80–100K).

In the role you will:

  • Attain assigned sales targets.
  • Focus on new business development and pursue the best opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Be a true solution provider and trusted adviser to business clients.
  • Use technology tools to manage your accounts (CRM).
  • Use consultative sales skills to identify customer opportunities that lead to a value‑driven solution.
  • Prepare and present effective presentations to decision makers and company stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members in Sales and all departments to foster a culture of open communication and world‑class service.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experienceli>
  • At least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence and a clean driving history.
  • 2+ years prior sales experience preferred.
  • Must be a self‑starter, goal‑oriented, with a growth‑mindset.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—to present to the C‑suite level decision makers.
