Salary Range: $20.00 To $21.00 Hourly

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full-time On Site Maintenance Technician for our 160 unit apartment community located in Davis, CA. You are personable, talented, tech savvy and skilled with an eye for detail and quality with a pro-active approach to preventative work. Each day is different, requiring the ability to prioritize tasks, be creative and use initiative to problem solve.

Your professionalism and follow through with residents contribute to the community’s success. You will be part of an on-call rotation. Must be able to live on site in a company provided unit.

• Maintain property systems and common areas with a focus on preventative maintenance and quality workmanship.
• Perform maintenance tasks across trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.
• Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours requests as part of the on-call rotation.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field, with experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive approach to handle issues as they arise, including emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Ability to live on site in a company-provided unit is required.

Nine paid holidays are provided throughout the calendar year. The salary range is $20-21 per hour plus a free unit. Other compensation may include renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and housing discounts. Compensation offered will depend on experience and qualifications.
