White Pine Innovations is seeking a Full-Time Multi Competency Security Cooperation (SC) Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) on site in the NCR. Contractor shall provide qualified support to the research-based mission and training programs. The core focus of this support shall be research, analysis, and teaching. Significant experience with and knowledge of the US government Security Cooperation program is highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform duties as a Contractor Adjunct Multi Competency Instructor in support of DSI training programs in accordance with DSCU and component schoolhouse policies and standards, delivering graduate level instruction focused on Security Cooperation (SC) strategy, policy, and planning.
  • Serve as a class manager in support of DSCU courses, ensuring effective course delivery, student engagement, and adherence to published academic standards.
  • Support DSCU academic and administrative efforts, including curriculum design and development, course execution support, student support, and academic outreach.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of course documentation, instructional materials, and student records in compliance with accreditation standards and DSCU
  • Develop, deliver, and assess instructional content for DSCU courses in accordance with DSCU academic standards and approved curricula.
  • Prepare and periodically update course materials to ensure alignment with current DoD, DSCA, and DSCU guidance.
  • Support course evaluation activities and curriculum revisions; assist in identifying curriculum gaps and proposing updates in accordance with DSI processes.
  • Collaborate with DSCA and other U.S. Government organizations to align instructional content and maintain course relevance and currency.
  • Assist in planning and execution of training practical exercises and scenario based learning activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and instruction on Security Cooperation and Security Assistance topics, including applicable systems, policy frameworks, overseas engagement concepts, leadership dynamics, and institutional capacity building.
  • Provide student mentoring, counseling, assessment, feedback, and performance coaching; document outcomes as required.
  • Support the DSI Director, Deputy Directors, Division Chiefs, and course managers in addressing student related academic or administrative issues.
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with DSCA Security Cooperation Workforce Certification 2.0 requirements, as applicable.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise through continued research, professional development, and collaboration within the SC enterprise.
  • Coordinate instructional content and updates with DSCU academic leadership and program staff to ensure consistency and compliance with accreditation requirements.
Basic Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related SC field.
  • 10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience in or supporting the US government.
