Manufacturing Engineer

Are you passionate about CNC machining, process optimization, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing medical device manufacturer where you'll play a key role in advancing manufacturing technology and driving operational excellence.

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for multi‑axis milling, turning, Swiss machining, and grinding.
• Create and maintain CAD/CAM programs using Mastercam, Solid Works, or Siemens NX.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.
• Improve productivity through lean manufacturing, automation, tooling, and fixture design.
• Troubleshoot complex machining challenges and mentor technicians and programmers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and customers to deliver world‑class manufacturing solutions.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering (or equivalent CNC experience).
• 3+ years of CNC Manufacturing Engineering experience (or equivalent experience).
• Strong CAD/CAM programming experience (Mastercam, Siemens NX, or Solid Works preferred).
• Experience with Fanuc controls, GD&T, blueprint reading, tooling, and fixture design.
• Hands‑on machining and process development experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset.
