Reliability Engineer - Continuous Manufacturing
We're partnering with a growing continuous‑process manufacturer seeking a hands‑on Reliability Engineer to drive equipment reliability, uptime, and operational performance. Join a growing Reliability Department reporting to the Director of Reliability.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong Continuous Improvement toolkit who enjoys identifying root causes, leading reliability initiatives, and partnering with maintenance and operations teams to eliminate recurring issues.
Key areas of focus include:
- Reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM)
- Root cause analysis (RCA)
- Predictive and preventive maintenance programs
- Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing
- Equipment performance and uptime optimization
